Intro

The system monitoring feature in OneMenu works by periodically taking a snapshot of the system resource usage for each process.

You can access the full system monitorind dashboard, by clicking on the CPU or Memory gauge in the menubar dropdown.

In addition you can customize a keyboard shortcut that opens the system monitoring dashboard.

The dashboard shows the current and historical system resource usage. You can navigate the dashboard both using the mouse or the keyboard.

In addition you can search for a specific process.

The System process group shows only the processes consuming at least some resource. The darker part of the bars indicates the amount the System is using.

Each process group shows the parent process as well as any child processes started by the parent. The resource usage reported for the parent includes the child process resource usage.

Process management dashboard

By clicking on a process you can see the historical resource usage, and some basic process information like the bundle identifier and when it was started.

You can Stop and Force Stop a process using the provided buttons.

In the future there will be an option to prevent the process from starting again.
